These terms and conditions are to be governed and construed by Irish law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of or access to this site, litigation must be brought in court in Dublin, Ireland. It is recommended tickets purchased online are collected at the venue on the evening of the performance at least thirty minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the performance. If it was requested to have tickets posted please be aware tickets lost in the post may not be replaceable. A positive form of ID will be requested on collection.
Conditions of Sale
No refunds. No exchanges. No cameras. No recorders (offending equipment will be confiscated by management to protect artist integrity and copyright). Ticketholder assumes all risk of injury and all responsibility for property lost, destruction or theft and releases management / promoter of all liability thereafter. Tickets may not be resold, any violation will render it invalid. Anyone intending to purchase a ticket through the Central Ticket Bureau is responsible for satisfying themselves as to the terms and conditions applied to the Event they intend booking for with the Event Organiser and Venue prior to purchasing a ticket. It is the responsibility of the ticketholder to have informed themselves of the policy of the Event Organiser and Venue with respect to the admission, re-admission, liability, terms and conditions applied to the event the ticket is for.
